Gauged porcelain tile panels have been gaining increasing traction in the industry as architects and designers are increasingly specifying these large slabs—some which stand as tall as 12 feet with thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 20 mm—for interior walls and floors. The recent introduction of 30-mm thick slabs make their use for outdoor patios, walkways, and driveways possible.
