During a recent webinar hosted by the NSI, fabricators from different parts of the US discussed their strategies for keeping business going during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fabricators report using their websites and social media to keep in touch with clients, and most say social media is a key part of their sales strategy.

Employing showroom visits by appointment only has helped fabricators weed out the undecided, so these showroom visits usually result in a sale. Making the most out of every sale becomes more important, and selling upgrades are almost profit.
