WHAT COMES WITH MY BOOTH SPACE?
- Standard Booth: Includes raw space only. Exhibitor is responsible for floor covering and all other furnishings.
- All-Inclusive: Includes hardwalls, standard carpet, electrical (standard 5 amp), four chairs, 36" round table, wastebasket and one night of booth cleaning.
- Enclosed Space/Product Showroom: Includes hardwalls, standard carpet, company ID signage, four chairs, 36" round table and wastebasket. Designated areas on the show floor only.
HOW DO I BOOK A BOOTH SPACE?
- STEP 1 - START AN APPLICATION (SPACE CONTRACT)
If you are a new exhibitor, you will begin a new contract. Read through the instructions below and click on "Start Contract" at the bottom of the page. As a previous exhibitor, you will have access to the online exhibitor portal. From within the portal, you can access the online Booth Application, already pre-populated with your company information. Need to change contact or exhibiting information? No problem - the form will accept changes as you submit them making the application process easy and efficient to complete. After reading the instructions below, you will be provided a link and further Sign In details for the portal.
- STEP 2 - EXHIBITING INFORMATION
The first page of the application captures the main exhibit booth details including your booth choices and booth contact information. The page displays the current exhibit space rate and an area to enter total square footage. Review the floor plan prior to filling out your space contract.
- STEP 3 - ADDING SPONSORSHIPS & MARKETING ACTIVATIONS
Don't forget to view the sponsorship and marketing activations menu. You can click through the entire gallery.
- STEP 4 - THE FINE PRINT
Please ensure you include the primary and invoice contact to your space contract. Please also review and print the list of exhibit terms & conditions.
- STEP 5 - SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
The application is 99% complete. Submit your Space Application with your payment option for approval by Show Management.
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email* with an estimated invoice amount. Please note that your application is pending until you receive a confirmation email with a copy of your approved Exhibit Contract, Terms & Conditions and Request for Deposit (if applicable). *Invoices will be e-mailed to the primary contact and invoice contact on the application.
- PAY ONLINE
Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
Previous exhibitors may login to their online exhibitor portal. From within the portal, you can access the online payment option on the account tab If you are a new exhibitor, you will not have access to pay your intial payment online, however, once your contract is approved, your additional payments may be paid online through the exhibitor portal.
