He also has a 25-year floor covering sales and marketing background and is a columnist for a Floor Covering Weekly. Out with the old and in with the new! This year, we welcome a new education program to The International Surface Event. The CONVERGE education program will not only offer the industry a new way to gain knowledge and training, but will also maximize each attendee's experience during the four-day event. In order to provide attendees the best experience, we have developed specific show tracks based on business inititatives. These "personas" have been broken down into three primary categories: Creatives, Suits and Hammer + Nails.
The Suits track is packed with industry leading speakers that highlight relevant and cutting-edge business related topics. This program track is geared towards: retailers, dealers, distributors, sales associates, business owners, and other industry professionals. However, this program is open to anyone who wants to learn more about industry forecasting, show room strategy, or other pertinent industry-related, business managment success tools.
