  John Simonson

Owner of Webstream Dynamics, a 21-year-old website design, and marketing company for the flooring industry. He also has a 25-year floor covering sales and marketing background and is a columnist for a Floor Covering Weekly. Webstream Dynamics has created several hundred flooring websites for retailers, associations, distributors and manufacturers, as well as numerous flooring e-commerce websites.

Over the years John has also conducted numerous Internet marketing seminars at many major flooring tradeshows, WFCA and Mohawk Flooring Conventions. John applies his extensive knowledge of the Internet and marketing to help flooring businesses achieve greater returns on their websites and digital marketing initiatives.

CONVERGE: The perfect education for you...

Out with the old and in with the new! This year, we welcome a new education program to The International Surface Event. The CONVERGE education program will not only offer the industry a new way to gain knowledge and training, but will also maximize each attendee's experience during the four-day event. In order to provide attendees the best experience, we have developed specific show tracks based on business inititatives. These "personas" have been broken down into three primary categories: Creatives, Suits and Hammer + Nails.

The Suits track is packed with industry leading speakers that highlight relevant and cutting-edge business related topics. This program track is geared towards: retailers, dealers, distributors, sales associates, business owners, and other industry professionals. However, this program is open to anyone who wants to learn more about industry forecasting, show room strategy, or other pertinent industry-related, business managment success tools.
