Attendee Information

tise is a business to business tradeshow that is not open to the general public that focuses on the flooring, stone, and tile industries.   Anyone with a show badge is allowed into the show.  Anyone under 18 must have direct adult supervision and a waiver signed.  Children must have a badge.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center has an open Wi-Fi network which means everyone has access to the shared service, and Wi-Fi codes are not needed.

Individuals looking for lost and found may be directed to the show office. At the conclusion of the show, lost and found unclaimed items willl go to Mandalay Bay security.

It is encouraged to wear business casual yet comfortable as this is a large show. Please bring comfortable shoes as there will be lots of walking!

Wheelchairs and scooters are available for rent through Mandalay Bay. Reservations are encouraged but not required and may be rented by contacting the Bell Desk at 702.322.8199.

There are multiple food options in Mandalay Bay including concessions on the show floor at the back of Bayside Hall C and E. There is also a food court opposite the lobby of Hall A and Shark Reef. There are also multiple dining options inside of the hotel and casino that you may find at this link.

Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be under direct adult supervision AT ALL TIMES.  Minors are not allowed during move-in or move-out. All minors will need a waiver to receive a badge.

The waiver can be completed at the show in registration.

Refunds can and will be issued until December 5, 2025. Cancellations prior to December 8 will be deducted a $50 administrative fee and we would be unable to issue a refund after that time. Email [email protected] if you have any questions.

Our official hotel provider, onPeak, has secured hotels for our event participants at discount rates. See hotel information here.

Please be reminded that onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by tise. If you are contacted by other third-party companies via email or phone offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and is not protected by event management.

When you register to attend tise you have the option to request a visa letter. You do have to complete registration and request the letter when prompted. We cannot guarantee a visa letter after the registration process.

Taxi and ride sharing pick-up and drop-off locations at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center are the Shark Reef and Bayside E entrances.

Expo Hall

Our expo hall hours are:

Tuesday, January 27, 2025: 9am - 5pm

Wednesday, January 28, 2025: 9am - 5pm

Thursday, January 29, 2025: 9am - 3pm

Baggage check is located right outside the lobby entrance to the expo hall by Starbucks and across from Shark Reef.

All sponsorship/exposure packages are reserved for exhibiting companies.

Priority points are part of a placement system and determines booth selection. They are earned by # of years your company has exhibited in the event, booth size, and sponsorship spend.

Exhibitor Move in is from January 23-26, however move in is targeted. Please check your Exhibitor Resource Center to see your individual target move in date and time.

An EAC is an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, a person or team helping to build or breakdown your booth set up. All EACs have to be registered to gain access to the hall during move in and move out. Check the ERC for more information.

In your Exhibitor Resouce Center (ERC), the primary contact is able to select "Get Badges" and register staff through the platform. For any questions please contact customer service.

Yes, ALL booth personnel will need to be registered and have a badge onsite.
