TISE will be distributing physical badges and lanyards at the event. All attendees should register online before arriving at the event so that you have the scan and print barcode for attendee registration on-site.

Please note there are new registration locations on-site for TISE. To expedite your on-site badge pickup, please view the instructions on how and where to print your badge once at the event.

All Vegas hotels have implemented safety and health guidelines. Please visit the hotel website for each hotel's specific policies and guidelines. An example of one such measure can be seen here from MGM Resorts, presenting their Seven-Point Safety Plan.

Attendee Information

Yes, the event is happening. The show is scheduled to be held 1-3 February 2022 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Registration is open. Attendees wanting to join in-person or virtually should visit the registration portal to begin..

Now more than ever, we know plans can change, so we offer flexible registration policies. You can feel comfortable planning ahead and knowing you can change or cancel plans later on. Register for the event now, and your registration is refundable/transferable* until December 10.

Worry free booking! Now more than ever, we know plans can change, so we offer flexible booking policies. You can feel comfortable planning ahead and knowing you can change or cancel plans later on. Reserve your preferred hotel today, and your stay is refundable until 5 days prior to arrival.

TISE has more education than ever at TISE. Your exhibits pass will give you full access to everything on the show floor including the full line-up of new TISE Live Main Stage education and the TISE Live Demo Stage presentations. And the TISE Education program has returned off the show floor with new convenient day pass purchasing options.

TISE automatically processes a certificate of attendance for all verified education attendees (you must have your badge scanned by the room monitor) for sessions that offer certification. Certificates will be available to download in your event dashboard online approximately 12 weeks after the event. Space draw is the process of assigning exhibitor booths to the floor plan. There is an on-site space draw, after which booths are placed on a first-come, first served basis. Companies who participate in the on-site space draw can take advantage of cost savings on booth rates and secure premium booth placement on the show floor.

The purchase of your booth is for space only. Space includes:

  • One (1) 8' back drape 
  • Two (2) 3' side drape
  • One (1) booth label sign

You will need to make arrangements for carpet/flooring (required) and any furnishings you wish to have in your booth, at an additional expense.

Details can be found in the Exhibitor Resource Guide (ERG) located on your Exhibitor Dashboard.  You will need your company eCode to login.

The Exhibitor Resource Guide (ERG) contains all the information about furnishings and services. You must log-in to your event dashboard with your login credentials to access the Exhibitor Resource Guide (ERG). Only exhibiting companies can log-in to view the ERG. To find your login credentials, contact your Account Executive.

Tip: Order booth furnishings early for discounted rates. Order furnishings early and online through Freeman for even more discounted rates.

General move-in information (dates & times) can be found in the Exhibitor Resource Guide (ERG). Sign-in using your login credentials to access the ERG.

For specific move-in questions, including requesting an earlier move in or special assistance, please contact the TISE Operations Manager.

Exhibitor Registration is open. When Exhibitor Registration is open, a "Register Booth Personnel" button will appear on your exhibitor dashboard. Please note all exhibitor booth personnel must have a unique email address provided inside exhibitor registration in order to receive their access badge due to new non-contact registration processed shown below.

TISE has gone completely digital for badging onsite. This means, that you will not wear a lanyard or badge. Your entrance badge will be on your mobile device to access the showfloor and to be scanned for information from exhibiting companies. If you do not have a mobile device, please alert us inside registration and a customer service representative will contact you.

All exhibitors are being asked to wear a name badge. You may wear a company provided name badge.


Internet service is provided by the convention center and may be ordered through the Exhibitor Resource Guide (ERG). Sign into your exhibitor portal by using your login credentials to access the ERG on your Exhibitor Dashboard.

Sponsorships are a great way to stand out from the competition and are effective in driving more business to your company and booth.

The Sponsorship Menu can be located on the Sponsorships page. Contact your Account Executive today.

If you can hand-carry your products in two trips or less, you are permitted to hand-carry items to your booth. Any devices containing wheels (such as dollies, suitcases, etc.) are forbidden.

General Information

TISE is held annually at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center located at: 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV, 89119

The Mandalay Bay Convention Center offers both lot and garage parking for attendees and exhibitors driving to the show. Please refer to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center Parking Page on the Mandalay Bay Website.

The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo/Marmomac | TileExpo brings together buyers and sellers from all over the world to see the latest floor covering products, tools, services, and technologies. TISE also offers an unrivaled educational program and networking opportunities focused on increasing business opportunities and driving sales.

For safety reasons, children are not allowed on the show floor during exhibitor move-in and move-out. During normal show hours, persons 17 years old and under will be admitted only with parental supervision. Young children (infants being held or in a stroller) can be admitted without a badge.

All other children, regardless of age, require a badge. If they are not pre-registered, they must register for a complimentary badge on-site. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Persons 18 years old and over must register in order to receive a badge. Children who do not have a mobile device for their digital badge must go to registration customer service on-site to receive a badge ticket. This ticket is their admission into the exhibit halls during the event.

Spouses can register online as a regular attendee through the online attendee registration page. 

The Mandalay Bay Convention Center meets all ADA requirements. If you have a disability and need assistance with physical requirements, please call 708-498-2406.

Wheelchairs and scooters are available at all MGM Resorts hotels for a fee. To guarantee a wheelchair or scooter, please contact our Bell Desk at 702.322.8199

Solicitation of business by individuals who are not official exhibitors is not in the best interest of TISE attendees or exhibitors and is strictly prohibited. Show Management takes this matter very seriously and any individual who violates this rule will be asked to leave the show venue immediately without the right to receive any refund of fees.

Yes! onPeak is the official hotel vendor of The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo/Marmomac | TileExpo. Please be aware of other companies who claim to be affiliated with us; they are scammers and will potentially take your money without setting up real reservations. Please use caution when booking your hotel and car rentals.

Press Information

The TISE press office will be located in the North Convention Center near the TISE Education program. NOTE: Only qualified, registered members of the press/media will be allowed to access the press office. This is strictly enforced. 

All press must register online before arriving onsite at the event through the press registration portal.

Admission Criteria

To qualify for press credentials, you must be an editor, publisher, staff reporter, television camera crew, or industry analyst from any of the following news organizations:

  • Trade Publication    
  • Television Station    
  • Consumer Publication    
  • Newspaper    
  • National Publication    
  • National Newsletter    
  • Wire Service    
  • Radio Station    
  • Web Magazine

You do not qualify for press credentials if you are an advertising/sales rep or any non-editorial personnel; however, we welcome you at the show as a regular attendee.

Press Credentials

We require all qualified press to present a photo ID along with one of the following press credentials:

  • Business card from qualifying publication    
  • Listing of name and title on the masthead of qualifying publication    
  • A recent copy of by-lined article or newsletter    
  • Printout of home page [if a website writer]    
  • Freelance writers, artists or those without titles on their business card must have a letter of authorization on letterhead, from the editor of the publication for which you are writing or contributing to a story

Qualified, industry press members receive complimentary registration to The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo/Marmomac | TileExpo. Press may also attend any TISE produced education session if there is seating available. Qualifying press credentials can be found under the Press section of the website. Press members are encouraged to pre-register to receive all show information and updates.

All press members affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized media outlet are welcome to attend TISE. As a member of the working press attending TISE, you have full access to (unless otherwise noted):

  • Exhibit Halls 
  • TISE Education Sessions
  • Press/Media Lounge
  • On-Floor Education/Demonstrations

Badges are now digital on your mobile device.

The Press/Media Lounge is located in the North Convention Center near the TISE Education program. Press may enter the hall to access the Lounge during the below times.

Registration Information

Yes, for data varification purposes, all registrations require a unique email address for each person registering.

You will enter your promo code on the profile page of the registration website. The area is labeled: Do you have a Promo Code?

As part of the TISE worry-free registration offering1, exhibits pass registrations are refundable until December 10. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before December 10. If you are unable to attend you may send a substitute; substitutes must be in writing by the original registrant and can be made at any time prior to the start of the show. No refunds will be issued after December 10, 2021. Registration for the TISE Live Virtual Event | Vegas Edition is non-refundable/non-transferable.

A VISA letter is available to you on your registration dashboard once you complete your registration. For further information on VISA letters please visit the International Visitors section.

Certificates of completion will be available 12 weeks after the show. You can access your certificate(s) by going to your MyEvent Dashboard (using the ID and password created during registration). Click on the 'LOG IN' Button in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
