onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by The International Surface Event 2023: SURFACES | StonExpo/Marmomac | TileExpo. If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.
Always look for The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo/Marmomac | TileExpo Official Housing Vendor seal when you’re making hotel reservations. If you book with anyone else, you give up the benefits negotiated by our housing department, powered by onPeak. Some companies that claim to work with SURFACES, StonExpo/Marmomac and TileExpo are actually scammers who will take your money without getting you a real reservation- please use caution!
It has come to our attention that several housing agencies have presented themselves as hotel booking agencies for TISE and have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations using their services. Please note: onPeak is the only official housing agent for TISE in Las Vegas. No other housing company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of TISE.
Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. Please use TISE's Official Housing online hotel reservation system to avoid any confusion or additional charges.
