Identification Policy/ Right to Verify Identity

Identification is required while attending the Show. It will be required for entry to the Show. Show Management reserves the right to verify the identity of any person accepting and/or using a Show badge. Any person found using another person's badge will have the badge confiscated and will be asked to leave the premises or correctly register.

Literature, Product Distribution

Company promotion, sample and literature distribution by exhibitors must be done within their contracted exhibit spaces, except designated sponsorships and marketing opportunities. Only contracted exhibitors are permitted to promote their products, services or company at the Show. Unless a marketing opportunity (i.e., sponsorship, showcase, exhibitor-presented seminar) has been contracted by the exhibitor, all company promotion and product sampling must occur within the contracted booth space. This includes "roaming" characters, handing out flyers, approaching exhibitor booths to sell products, leaving and/or distributing product information in public spaces and Show floor aisles, all of which are prohibited. Exhibitors found doing so will be sent back to their booth space and materials left will be recycled. Attendees leaving or distributing product material will be asked to leave the Show and forfeit their badges. Any suitcasers should be reported to Show Management or on the mobile app.

What is Suitcasing?

Suitcasing is a parasitic business practice in which unethical companies will gain access to an event by obtaining some type of event credential (attendee badge, expo-only badge, etc.) and then solicit business in the aisles or other public spaces used for the conference. If you see someone walking the aisles with an attendee badge that is trying to solicit business to other participants (or yourself) without having an exhibit space, this would be considered suitcasing.

Meetings, Events & Seminars

All meetings, events and seminars must be registered with Show Management. Meetings, events and seminars not designated or organized as a part of the Show are not permitted during Show floor hours or tise hosted events. Events, seminars and meetings must be registered and approved by using the Meeting Space Request Form. Exhibitors wishing to organize a seminar are encouraged to do so through the tise operations team [email protected], in which they receive promotion to all Show participants through the website, and onsite schedules and signage (deadlines apply).

All Show areas are non-smoking. Anyone who wishes to smoke may do so outside of the building. We appreciate your cooperation.

The exemption to this is the tise official photographer. Any imagery collected by this photographer (who will be properly badged and identified) will be used for the sole purpose of tise promotion.

Any participant—including exhibitors and/or qualified press—who wishes to photograph or film at the show is required to check in at the Press Suite onsite to sign a waiver and receive authorization upon each day of filming.
