tise is a business to business tradeshow that is not open to the general public that focuses on the flooring, stone, and tile industries. Anyone with a show badge is allowed into the show. Anyone under 18 must have direct adult supervision and a waiver signed. Children must have a badge.

Refunds can and will be issued until December 11, 2026. Cancellations prior to December 11 will be deducted a $50 administrative fee and we would be unable to issue a refund after that time. Email registration@intlsurfaceevent.com if you have any questions.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center has an open Wi-Fi network which means everyone has access to the shared service, and Wi-Fi codes are not needed.

Individuals looking for lost and found may be directed to the tise show office, located on the show floor in Bayside Hall B. At the conclusion of the show, lost and found unclaimed items will go to Mandalay Bay security.

Business casual is encouraged – but keep it comfortable! Bring comfortable shoes as there will be lots of walking, and long sleeves for those classrooms that always seem to be on the cooler side.

Wheelchairs and scooters are available for rent through Mandalay Bay. Reservations are encouraged but not required and may be rented by contacting the Bell Desk at 702.322.8199.

There are multiple food options in Mandalay Bay including concessions on the show floor at the back of Bayside Hall C and E. There is also a food court opposite the lobby of Bayside Hall A and Shark Reef. There are also multiple dining options inside of the hotel and casino that you may find at this link.

Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be under direct adult supervision AT ALL TIMES. Minors are not allowed during move-in or move-out. All minors will need a waiver to receive a badge. Children under 18 are not allowed in educational sessions in classrooms. 

The waiver can be completed at the show in registration.

Our onsite registration hours are:

Sunday, January 31: 8am - 5pm
Monday, February 1: 8am - 5pm
Tuesday, February 2: 7am - 5pm
Wednesday, February 3: 8am - 5pm
Thursday, February 4: 8am - 3pm

We offer 4 days of education – both on the show floor and a more in-depth, focused program in the classroom. Classroom sessions are only available to those with the Education+ registration pass. On-floor education is open to any type of pass.

If you have the Education+ pass, your badge will get you to whatever session you would like to go! You do not need to register for the sessions on the show floor, either. 

For some sessions, such as certifications and trainings, and the Natural Stone Workshop, you have to register individually for those sessions as an add-on during registration. 

Handouts will be available in the mobile app during and after the conference. Not all sessions will have handouts, it all depends on if the speaker provides them.

Our official hotel provider, onPeak, has secured hotels for our event participants at discount rates. See hotel information here. 

Please be aware that onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by tise. If you are contacted by other third-party companies via email or phone offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and is not protected by event management.

When you register to attend tise, you have the option to request a visa letter. You do have to complete registration and request the letter when prompted. We cannot guarantee a visa letter after the registration process.

Taxi and ride sharing pick-up and drop-off locations at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center are the Shark Reef and Bayside E entrances.

Baggage check is located right outside the lobby entrance to the expo hall by Starbucks and across from Shark Reef.

Priority points are part of a placement system and determines booth selection. They are earned by # of years your company has exhibited in the event, booth size, and sponsorship spend.

Exhibitor Move in is from January 29-February 1. However move in is targeted, meaning each booth has a specific day and timeframe that your freight will be delivered and booth build can begin. Please check your Exhibitor Portal to see your individual target move in date and time.”

An EAC is an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, a person or team helping to build or breakdown your booth . All EACs have to be registered to gain access to the hall during move in and move out. Check the Exhibitor Service Manual within the Exhibitor Portal for more information.
